Returns and cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after shipment.
We also do not accept requests to change ordered items after an order has been placed.
Please check the contents carefully before placing your order.
Once you receive the product, please check the delivered product.

If the product is defective, soiled, or damaged, or if it is different from your order
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will immediately refund or exchange the item (shipping costs will be covered by our store).

*If the product becomes defective after use, the manufacturer will repair it within the warranty period.
If you are returning the product for your own reasons
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, we will accept it if you contact us within 7 days . However, you will be responsible for the return handling fee (500 yen (tax included)), shipping and return shipping fees, and bank transfer fees.
*Please note that even if the purchase price is 6,000 yen (tax included) or more and shipping is free, shipping fees will be charged at the time of shipment.
*Please pay the shipping fee when returning the product (there is no need to specify the shipping company or method).
*If you order using convenience store deferred payment, the invoice fee from the payment agency (220 yen (tax included)) will be borne by the customer.

- Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
- Products purchased from sources other than the Arechata online store
- Products that have been used by customers
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
- If the product tag, box, instruction manual, etc. are soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded
- Products processed by customers
- Products that have been repaired, washed, cleaned, etc. after delivery
- In the case of food
- Sale items
- Other items that state on the product page that returns are not accepted
- If the customer does not contact us to return the product and the product is returned

Cancellation after order confirmation

About refund methods
Once we have received the returned product, we will process the refund for the product price. It will take approximately two weeks from the time we receive the returned product until the refund process is complete.
After the refund process is completed, We will refund you by bank transfer.
*As a general rule, we do not accept refunds via registered cash. If a refund is made via registered cash due to customer circumstances, the cost of registered cash may be deducted from the refund.
